Inside Our Foshan Factory

BrandingTent (Besda group, est. 2010) operates its own production facility in Caochang Industrial Zone, Foshan, Guangdong, China. Everything happens in-house — which is how we control quality and keep factory-direct pricing.

The Production Flow

• 1. Printing — full-color dye-sublimation on 300D-600D oxford and PVC, CMYK + Pantone matching.
• 2. Cutting — automated cutting per approved patterns; panels printed before sewing so graphics stay continuous.
• 3. Sewing & welding — reinforced double-stitched seams; heat-welded PVC sections.
• 4. Frame fabrication — powder-coated steel and aluminum frames cut, punched and assembled in-house.
• 5. Full assembly & QC — every tent is completely set up and print-inspected before packing.
• 6. Packing — heavy-duty carry bags and export cartons, with photo/video approval sent to you first.
